    Warranty handling for fleets

Many breakdowns on younger vehicles are warranty cases. If they are spotted too late, the vehicle ends up at the wrong workshop and costs stay with the fleet operator.

    Where warranty handling gets stuck

At intake, vehicle data, fault descriptions and warranty status are often missing. Only the workshop recognises the warranty case, after towing and intake have already happened.

    Warranty from intake

Our agent checks vehicle data and the described problem at the first contact. Yellow or red engine warning lights and typical warranty patterns are recognised, and the case is routed to the responsible workshop.

The workshop receives the complete case: history, fault codes and warranty status. Optionally, the Connected Car Engine supplies vehicle data directly, without hardware.

    What changes as a result

Fewer detours, fewer follow-up questions and clear documentation for every warranty case. The platform also shows which vehicles and fault patterns are piling up.

What does this look like for you?

In the Breakdown Audit we go through your breakdown cases together and show where the agent team fits in.
